Comment # 3 on bug 1002361 from Mike Garcia

I just tested beta3 and still had the same problem.  Tried:
rm -rf ~/.local/share/evolution ~/.config/evolution ~/.cache/evolution
reboot
firefox open https://myhost.miamidade.gov/EWS/Exchange.asmx
chrome open https://myhost.miamidade.gov/EWS/Exchange.asmx
got the XML Services.wsdl after login prompt
