With the python2 packages, python-xml (aka python2-xml) was built as part of python-base. With python3, this is part of the 'full' python3 package. This, in turn, results in a build cycle like shown in the attached image Is it possible to produce python3-xml as part (embedded, I don't mind) of python3-base (without moving the cycle to bython3-base)
