I can give multiple hints here:

1. You reported this bug against openSUSE Leap 15.5. This is not a released
version. If you find yourself challenged by these things, do not use openSUSE
Leap 15.5, but 15.4.

2. This is a third party repository with a third party package. Contact Google
for a problem with their package. However, repository metadata issues are most
likely quickly corrected upon the next refresh

3. We ship Chromium in openSUSE Leap and Tumbleweed. Use that version.
