Comment # 3 on bug 1192783 from Fabian Vogt

The issue was that the SUSE:SLE-15-SP3:GA project on build.o.o was wrongly
configured, with an outdated prjconf compared to the internal buildservice and
thus pulled in the wrong libyui versions.

I added a workaround to the openSUSE:Leap:15.3:Images prjconf. Meanwhile the
prjconf got fixed and builds with the correct yui libraries got published.
