This is the dmesg output with kernel 5.11.6-3. Because this happens with both
kernels, I now feel as though it may not be specifically a kernel problem. To
be clear, the system boots up all the way to the graphical interface and
appears to function, although greatly reduced performance with only one CPU
online.
