I have no idea why this is happening for you. I have installed a copy of Leap 42.1 KDE and installed VirtualBox 5.0.22_k4.1.26_21-19.1-x86_64 with no problem. My kernel is 4.1.26-21-default as shown by 'uname -r'. This version was created on June 21, 2016 and does match the current kernel. Version 5.0.24 has been submitted to the build system. What kernel are you using?
