Comment # 45 on bug 1143125 from Franck Bui

I finally submitted https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/903071, which
should disable the use of assembler code (specific to i586 arch). According to
Fedora (who turned it off several years ago), the assembler code was slower
anyway.
