Hello, I think my problem is simpler: I do not know enough tools such as pm-utils and systemd to have understood by myself that it was enough to copy the hooks of pm-utils to systemd-sleep so that suspend or Hibernate works. Perhaps it should be explicit in the man page of systemd-sleep (8)? I'm not sure the necessary scripts for asus x52 series deserve to be packed because these computers are old around 4/5 years, but it is certain that all asus have problems of this kind as most Cell elsewhere. I thank you all for your involvement in free software: I am confronted with problems that I would never have encountered with Windows but with Gnu / Linux I can understand a little better what my machine does. Gnu / Linux is a system of exploitation of the machine by man, Windows is the opposite! Good day to all. Olivier BELLEUX
