Ah if this was happening with 42.1, that's expected since the version of
systemd carried by 42.1/SLE12-SP1 doesn't have support for parsing the swap
options string.

It was added later by commit 47cb901e38cd7092576fc8e76cc4a14f39bf719d (v217).

And I don't think there's any point in adding such support at this point to
v210.

So I think I'll close this bug as "WONTFIX".
