Running "zypper dup" like this:
# sudo zypper --releasever 15.2 ref
# sudo zypper --releasever 15.2 dup
Results in:
Computing distribution upgrade...
3 Problems:

this requirement cannot be provided

This looks like a packaging problem to me.
