Hi Victor, sorry to say openSUSE 13.1 is out of update. I don't think this
issue will be fixed.

@ Matthias, would you please take a look at here? openSUSE 13.1 is no longer
getting update. Is this the reason why the science repo for 13.1 is
unavailable? Thank you!
