Comment # 2 on bug 1095660 from Kristyna Streitova

Hello Till, thank you for your bug report. This bug is fixed in tar 1.30 [1]
but unfortunately we still have tar 1.29 in openSUSE Leap 15 as changes from
SLE-15 are still not there.

@lnussel: For some reason, there are unsynced changes between SLE15 tar and
Leap15 tar. Would it be possible to sync it? Thanks!
