I have confirmed the problem, which also affects Tumbleweed guests, and
probably ALL Linux guests.

A patch is available (https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/19357). I built a local
version for Leap 15.1 to test. It solves the problem.

I will push this fix to OBS. New versions will be available in
Virtualization/virtualbox very soon. Thanks for reporting this problem.
