Well I get: "Sorry, either the product openSUSE Factory does not exist or you
aren't authorized to enter a bug into it."  See attached screenshot.

Very red color, which is not very inviting, is it?

The packages I mentioned looks like yast devel core packages to me
(libzypp-devel yast2-core-devel).  The configure script did not tell me, what
to install.  I was able to figure it out, but you may attract folks by being
for descriptive.
