The external monitor stays black on Leap 42.2. The monitor starts showing when
I boot into the current Ubuntu and Win$10. The Gnome configuration menu shows
only one monitor, where the comparable menus on Win$10 and Ubuntu show 2
monitors (and internal and an external one).
