The execution of 'pam-config -a --ecryptfs' in  %post fails on 64bit systems
when 32bit pam libraries are installed, unless ecryptfs-utils-32bit is
installed first. This failure causes the requisite pam configuration for
ecryptfs to not be set, rendering it unusable until someone executes
'pam-config -a --ecryptfs'.
