Comment # 4 on bug 1120178 from QK ZHU

systemd-logind got paused due to "Settings schema .... is not installed"

fate#324570 requires two patch:
- gnome-shell-fate324570-Make-GDM-background-image-configurable.patch
-
gsettings-desktop-schemas-fate324570-Add-key-for-GDM-background-configuration.patch

The two patches have to be released at the same time, but in Staging Build35.1
the later patch is still not included.

Solutions:
- Request for gsettings-desktop-schemas got declined since 
> Due to a technical limitation maintenance needs at least one bsc# reference in 
> order to proceed with the update. Please provide one. In case you don't have 
> one, you can write a tracker bug for fate#324570.
  I will re-submit the request with this bug id
- The fate should applies to SLE15 SP1/Leap 15.1 and TW, I will revise the
macro
  from "%if 0%{?is_opensuse} || 0%{?sle_version} >= 150100" to "%if
0%{?suse_version} > 1500 || 0%{?sle_version} >= 150100"
