The .desktop file installed for Umbrello references the binary "umbrello", which no longer exists (it is now "umbrello5"). so when trying to run it through the menu, it fails. I can't tell if the OBS package modifies the desktop file somehow or not, so I can't tell if this is an upstream bug or not. If it is, let me know and I will file it upstream.
