The problem seems to be specific to usage of screen (the screen manager
terminal emulator)

Gnome terminal + ssh <host> + screen + virsh  => failure
Gnome terminal + ssh <host> + virsh => no display problem
Xterm + ssh <host> + screen + virsh  => failure
Xterm + ssh <host> + virsh => no display problem


display redraw with Ctrl+L is partially cleaning the display.
