Tried to create two instances DVD media with the latest
openSUSE-Leap-42.3-DVD-x86_64-Build0289-Media.iso snapshot.

Booting the media, both New Installation and Upgrade failed during Initializing
the package manager with the following error messages (my translatation and
possibly typos):
