backtrace - while creating multiple subfolders in file chooser

I can reproduce bug described in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=401916 in
FireFox too: I press download file, then create subdirectory within file
choser, then another subfolder in new directory and repeating this few times.
I attach backtrace. You can compare this and previous.

However I am not sure, whether it is same bug. I can not reproduce my original
sequence. I hope the cause is same, and I can help testing.
