Comment # 10 on bug 1207779 from Arvin Schnell

The library and links in /lib64 should not be needed since the
dynamic loader looks for the libraries in /lib64 and /usr/lib64
(and likely more places). You might have to call ldconfig when
adding or removing libraries.

Although it is unclear where the files in /lib64 came from I'm
setting the bug to fixed.
