In the YaST logs I see the following errors:

There is no enough information there. Too few lines.
"journal -xn" only displays the last 10 lines. "journal -xn 100" would have
been more useful.

But at least these 10 lines give you the hint of checking /var/log/rc.dhcpd.log
Can you please attach that file?
