This is now 5 years old, and there is not a single duplicate bug; which means
that this does not seem to be a common problem for our customers, partner
companies or community users; it's clearly a fringe case.

Nobody considered this severe enough during all those years to schedule it for
a sprint. AFAICS it's unrealistic that this will happen in the forseeable
future.
