This is still an issue with the now-current systemd-210-43 package.

Testing 66 VMs, 24 of them still on systemd-208-45, I see the abandoned scope
units on pretty much all VMs with systemd-210, and on none of the VMs with
systemd-208.

The issue is clearly related to cron - on the few systemd-210 running VMs where
I practically don't have cronjobs, the issue does not show, and the rate of
occurrence increases with the cronjob density.

So far I cannot identify any adverse affects of the issue, except for the
display of the abandoned units, but this makes me nervous....
