It is recommended to install php7-maxminddb (which is already available for
Tumbleweed) and use it in combination with GeoIP2-PHP-API
(https://github.com/maxmind/GeoIP2-php ).
This package must be installed via composer, it's not available as pre-packaged
RPM.
