Also seeing these but AFAIK only when resuming after suspend-to-RAM when
resuming, the laptop lockup for about 1 minute after giving control and in
dmesg I see stack trace below similar to the OP's.
The dock is a Elgato TB2 connected to TB3 using the Apple TB2->TB3 converter
cable.
I have also seen (more rarely) the dock not work properly on boot or after a
while. Usually a reboot or a reconnecting the dock power fixes it.
