I can confirm, that the slowness is only on wayland. Scrolling under X11 is
working smoothly. As the problem was already existing with the qt5 build, I
agree that it is not related to this bug.

Having a gtk package would be nice for testing. My flatpak installation, which
uses gtk, does not have the scroll problem.

On a related note: I cannot reproduce the issue that document names are only
partially visible. If it re-appears, I'm going to report it upstream.
