please provide the kernel version you are using. I suppose it is v4.20. You
will need v5.0 which our stable tree yesterday. So this should be fixed as soon
as it got released to aarch64 tumbleweed.

In the meantime you can add the repository to your RPi3 and install the newest
kernel. This should fix your issue:

# zypper ar https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/ARM/
Kernel:stable
# zypper install --from Kernel:stable kernel-default
