you have plenty of "publish disable" flags in the package container meta.

For example here:

 https://build.suse.de/package/meta/Proprietary:X11:Drivers/x11-video-nvidiaG02

this is blocking the removal in the published area.

Not sure if maintaining the build in flags make sense here at all, maybe you
should work with some other rules to make it building only on the right
targets?
