Within my current not uptodatre build enviorment I see

 /usr/include/gc/gc_pthread_redirects.h
 noether:/ # rpm -qf /usr/include/gc/gc.h
 gc-devel-8.0.6-1.1.x86_64
 noether:/ # rpm -qlf /usr/include/gc/gc.h | grep gc_pthread_redirects.h
 /usr/include/gc/gc_pthread_redirects.h
 noether:/ # grep gc_pthread_redirects.h /usr/include/gc/gc.h
 # include "gc_pthread_redirects.h"

and as this had worked flawless then the new gc-devel should also
