First, let's write the following commands in order.


sudo zypper --gpg-auto-import-keys addrepo --refresh
https://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/tumbleweed NVIDIA

sudo zypper ref

sudo zypper in -y -l nvidia-glG06 x11-video-nvidiaG06

After installing, let's type 
sudo prime-select offload-set intel
and 
sudo prime-select offload

when I reboot a _ flashes and the mouse cursor appears.

I solved the problem weird but it doesn't always work. I started it with init
level 4 then wrote prime-select intel2. I restarted and started with init
level4 again, then I typed startx. then after working i get intel.

I am using an RTX 3050 Mobile and an Intel i7(Mobile) (11800H)11 generation
processor.
