I'm definitely seeing a lot of messages for "gnome-shell[2465]: Failed to load background 'file:///home/adam': Error opening file /home/adam: Is a directory". These occur much more frequently than the crashes, which always correspond to "toggling down object GInotifyFileMonitor that's already queued to toggle up\n". I'm building a version of gnome-shell without that patch, but is it actually related to this bug?
