I'm afraid reiserfs became obsolete due to missing maintainers. The last commit
to reiserfs in upstream was in Nov 2021 and it was rather a cleanup. That also
means there were no reiserfs changes between 5.17.4 and .6.

You might try to report this to upstream, but I don't think anyone will respond
at all. In any way, I suggest you to switch to some maintained filesystem,
otherwise you risk security issues too.
