I've tested Fedora 31 Live today: https://spins.fedoraproject.org/kde/download/index.html Everything regarding Suspend-Resume seems to work on my machine with Fedora 31 (Better than Mageia, which did not reconnect WiFi after resume and other USB and audio-device related problems). I really prefer OpenSUSE with Yast2, but I need suspend-resume.
