Your SR has the wrong package names. I sent my SR https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/976141 with the correct names and minor corrections. The problem is fixed, although the message "qt.svg: Error while inflating gzip file: SVG format check failed" still remains, apparently, this has nothing to do with them.
