Oh, please give such important information beforehand!
So this is a fake CD-ROM by a printer?  Interesting.

The message should appear when a drive is detected and someone tries to access
the drive.  During installation, all drives are checked.  Thus it kicks off
these warnings.

Is the attached dmesg from the normal boot?

In anyway, check whether /dev/sr0 is present in the normal boot.  Also, check
whether /dev/sr0 is present on Fedora, too.  If /dev/sr0 is present, this
message can be triggered at any time, no matter which system is.
