As discussed in telegram, please provide the following info:

- output of journalctl
- output of dmesg
- install libibput-tools in a rootful distrobox and monitor the output of
libinput debug-events while using the mouse and keyboard

Without this information we're not able to identify where the issue might be,
so leaving the bug as unconfirmed meanwhile
