I would handle this with medium+ priority as, it's not "critical" as there is
no loss of data or security breach.

1. [Dependencies���][View���][Configuration���][Extras���] can be seen
   on supported screen size 80x25 and then it doesn't crash
   (but on 80x24 the menu is already hidden)

2. It doesn't seem to be anything new

Perfectly reproducible on smaller screen where the menu is not visible.
Crashes the same way with all menu buttons (e.g. [Actions���], [Help���]) if
they are not visible. If a single character from that menu can be seen, then
it doesn't crash.
