Possibly some side-effect of the recent RETBLEED fixes.
Could you try to boot with "spectre_v2=off" or "retbleed=off" kernel option?

And, it'd be better to test with the 5.19 kernel in OBS Kernel:stable repo.  If
it's a rebleed issue, it should have been already fixed there.
