video comparison of Ubuntu and openSUSE with and without special parameters

Nothing new regarding solution, but if someone happens to have wished for
better objective comparison, here's a 4-way slow motion video of Ubuntu vs
openSUSE.

Concentrate either on the pair of videos at the top:

- Ubuntu defaults vs openSUSE with nosmt=force, spectre_v2=retpoline and
energy_performance_preference set to balance_performance.

or the pair of videos at the bottom:

- Ubuntu defaults vs openSUSE defaults

In both pairs of the videos, the overview button is pressed at the same time on
both machines. That means that not only performance/smoothness is shown, but
also the lag ie when there's visible action on the screen.

This mainly just confirms that a) performance with defaults is very bad, quite
unusable, b) performance with known tweaks is better, but still far worse than
it should be.
