Since Plasma 5 is default KDE in Tumbleweed I had trouble to setup keyboard
layouts (I'm using US and CZ keyboard layouts). 

I found found found the system setting for KDE4 is not fully compatible with
KDE5 specially with keyboard setting. and I also found out by default
Application launcher run setting for KDE4 systemsettings in stand of setting
for KDE5 systemsettings5. At least to me.

Maybe this is happening because I constantly updating my OS, and I was using
KDE4 before. anyway what about check during the update that the package 
kdebase4-workspace-addons will be removed, because that did not happen to me
And for the Application launcher what about link  /usr/bin/systemsettings5 to
/usr/bin/systemsettings to sure users will be able to set their desktop ?
