If you have an active serial line, use linuxrc.log=/dev/whatever to redirect the log. But it is probably better to switch to console 9 and check the network config. The should be a proper ifcfg-file in /etc/sysconfig/network/ for your interface. Then experiment with wicked to see why it failed to set up the network. If you boot with linuxrc.debug=2, this will also increase the wickedd debug level to 'all'. wickedd logs to /var/log/wickedd.log.
