well, this is what I do not understand. I am found out that it is triggered
now(!) by having two users open but that is now that I have eliminated the
packman files. 
So with packman it was an issue already with one user. With TW pure, it is
triggered when you open a second user contemporarily, otherwise the session
remain stable. 
So how would you define it? Multi monitor or multi user?
