german language is to old in Tumbleweed package.
I have made an update to new german dictionarie with the new orthography.

If it will build in my home (home:ecsos) for Leap an Tumbleweed i will push it
to Factory and when it will be accepted i will make an request for Leap.

Hope all will be accepted.
