KMail 5.0.1 crashes when attemping to create a new message from scratch or as a
forward, works only on reply.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to reproduce.
1. click on New button, or press CTRL+N, or click on a email address, or try to
forward a message in your message list.

Actual Results:
Kmail crashes

Expected Results:
Kmail should open the mail composer.

Partial workaround:
When Kmail started open the mail composer using reply a random mail from the
message list, not working 100%.
