Just a note that I am still seeing this with an install of Leap 15.1 Beta. (I changed the bug to say 15.1, but it also happens on Tumbleweed). As previously mentioned, this happens when I install using a USB for the installer. It does not happen when I install directly from a DVD. My install today was using a USB (made from the DVD installer iso).
