I'm aware of the remaining setBadness call in kcm_sddm, that's why the
respective review was opened. I have no idea why they were added (and by whom)
and how they got through review. Predates my involvement I guess.

I never checked KDE:Applications though, so the kwalletmanager5 case is unknown
to me. I'll fix it.
