I cannot remember having such an issue myself.

Tested now on LXQt 0.14.1 (Tumbleweed) I also can't reproduce.
I tend to close this issue because 0.14.1 will be in Leap 15.1.

Could you attach a screenshot of this issue if it still occurs for you?
