Quite some people seem to think KDevelop is only for C++/Qt/KF5-based projects
and only to be used with Plasma.

To help with countering this wrong assumption, please consider updating the
summary and description of the openSUSE package to the texts we have now set in
the appdata.xml file (5.1 still has appdata with the old text, but new text
content is also valid for 5.1).
